The 12th Annual Golf For Kids’ Sake event will be held at:

Blythefield Country Club
5801 Northland Drive NE Belmont, MI

Tee times will be as follows:

• July 14, 2008
  8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Participation Levels

• Major Sponsorship
  Includes: Signage/Banner at specific location, sponsor’s product marketing, wall plaques, Golf for Kids’ Sake program listing, 4 golfers, 2 carts, refreshments, breakfast, lunch, dinner and golf gift.
• Corporate Sponsorship
  Includes: Tee or hole sponsor sign, 4 golfers, 2 carts, refreshments, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Individual Golfer
  Includes: Golf, refreshments, breakfast, lunch and dinner (We will be happy to match individuals into open spots on a team that needs additional golfers.
• Tee or Hole Sponsorship
  Includes: Sponsor sign on tee or hole and dinner for two
  
• Friends of the Program (donation only)
  Donations are always appreciated.
  Friends of the Program donations of $100 or more will be recognized in the program.
