The 13th Annual Golf For Kids’ Sake event will be held at:

Tee time will be as follows:

• July 13, 2009, 12:30 p.m.

• Major Sponsorship Package - $1,500
  Includes: Signage/Banner at specific location, sponsor’s product marketing, wall plaques, Golf for Kids’ Sake program listing, four golfers, two carts, refreshments, lunch, dinner and a golf gift.
• Corporate Sponsorship Package - $1,000
  Includes: Tee or hole sponsor sign, four golfers, two carts, refreshments, lunch and dinner.
• Tee or Hole Sponsor Package - $350
  Includes: Sponsor sign on tee or hole and dinner for two.
  
• Individual Golfer Package - $250
  Includes: Golf, refreshments, lunch, and dinner (we will be happy to match individuals into open spots on a team that needs additional golfers).
• Friends of the Program Donations
  Donations are always appreciated! Friends of the Program donations of $100 or more will be recognized in the program.

Hole-in-One
• $1,000 Gift Certificate
• Prize Package from Northern Jet Management Longest Drive

Gift Certificates for:
Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, and
Longest Putt.

Tournament Winners
• Team awards given to the Lowest Scores
