In-Kind Gifts

D.A. Blodgett will gladly accept the following items for the children and families we serve:

  • “Slightly” used clothing, clean and in good condition - infant – adult sizes
  • Bikes/tricycles in good condition
  • Cribs, bedroom furniture, clean and in good condition (call first)
  • Car seats, infant – toddler, clean and in good condition (state approved)
  • Christmas presents – infant - teen – (contact Shelly McLain, coordinator by November 1 st)
  • Event tickets, such as Whitecaps, Griffins, Zoo passes, Museum passes to be enjoyed by foster families and families involved with in-home counseling

Foster Care clothing and personal care items:

  • Baby-toddler afghans
  • Quilts
  • Fleece blankets
  • Receiving blankets
  • Onesies for infants to 24 months
  • Sleepers for boys 12, 18 or 24 months
  • Baby wash
  • Baby wipes
  • Underwear sizes 4 and up for girls and boys—some boys like boxers
  • Toddler shampoo
  • Infant and toddler socks to size 6
  • Socks for kids of all sizes including adult sizes
  • Small books for younger kids
  • Match box toys
  • Crayons
  • Non-violent coloring books
  • Clothing for boys and girls- infants to size 5 or 6
