Introducing Andrew |
Andrew is a 10 year old Caucasian male in need of a Big Brother. Andrew lives with his mother and three siblings. Andrew is affected by a birth condition which has left him with some social/emotional delays. Andrew could benefit from a Big Brother who could help him enhance his self-esteem and confidence. Andrew enjoys playing with Legos, video games and playing soccer. Andrew would like to be a police officer when he grows up.

Introducing Raekwon and Deandre |
Raekwon is an 11 year old African American male who enjoys playing games, being outdoors, cars, bike riding, and reading. He has very little contact with his father and would benefit greatly from a positive male role model. Deandre, Raekwon’s little brother, is 6 years old and is also waiting for a Big Brother. He enjoys basketball, video games, bike riding and being outdoors. He also has very little contact with his father and would benefit greatly from a male role model in his life.

Jasmin is a 7 year old Caucasian/Hispanic child who is social, active and a little bit of a tomboy. Her interests are swimming, crafts, reading, art, riding her bike, and being out of doors. She loves animals and wants to become a veterinarian. She has one older brother and two younger sisters and would love to have someone special in her life.

Introducing Lacey |
Lacey is a 19 year old mother of a one year old daughter. She is a high school graduate and is hoping to start college soon. She is an outgoing, friendly young mom who enjoys music, writing poetry, and cooking. She would like to attend culinary arts school in the future. Lacey is waiting to be matched with a volunteer who can spend time with her once a week to provide friendship and support in her role as a mother and encourage her in her goals for the future. Lacey is one of several young moms waiting to be matched to a mentor through the Sisters-In-Support Program. Sisters-In-Support is a program of D.A. Blodgett for Children.
