Treatment for Out-of-Control Teens

This program provides intensive in-home family therapy to families with a teen who exhibits out-of-control behaviors.

What is the goal?
We work to stabilize families and help teens remain in their homes.

Who do we serve?
We accept substantiated or prevention referrals from Child Protective Services (CPS). We serve families with a teen, who is 12 to 17 years old. Teens cannot be psychotic or homicidal, or have CSC I or CSC II charges.

Services we provide:
• Frequent in-home contact
• Family counseling and therapy
• Links to community support services
• After-hours crisis intervention
• Case management with schools, courts, and psychiatric providers
